The word "by the stream" is found in Psalm 1, where the blessing is "blessed are you." The Hebrew word used there is plural, indicating the diversity of grace that Christians receive. And those who receive the blessing are said to be "trees planted by the waterways." The plural form of the word "waterway" is also used at this time, and represents the church where various people gather. In other words, the church is "the bank of the stream" itself. There is an abundance of grace, forgiveness, healing, and comfort. The trees on the banks of the stream bear fruit. Joy in good times, perseverance in times of adversity, trust and comfort in times of trouble. For the tree (Christian) planted by the stream will give birth to new life and its leaves will not wither. In editing the articles, I focused on the "month" of the weekly report as much as possible, so articles related to the church calendar such as Easter, Pentecost, and Christmas overlap. There are times when articles with similar content appear multiple times, but I thought it was appropriate because the church is a place where the same Bible is read many times. I would appreciate it if you could use this app in the same way as the booklet when you have fellowship with God (devotion). The flowers posted by month are snowdrops in January, almonds in February, violets in March, poppies in April, poppies in May, lilacs in May, cinnamon flowers in June, roses in July, roses in September, myrtle in October, oxalis in October, sasanqua in November, and Christmas roses in December. These are not necessarily related to the Bible, but the February almonds were photographed by Rev. Akira Gakiya in the church garden, and the river on the cover was photographed in Kawakami Village, Nara.May Gods blessings be abundant...
